If there’s something wrong with the services you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or in physical tuitions.
  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our services.
  • The classes once booked shall proceed with days & time as per the consent of the tutee and the tutor.
  • The tutee and the tutor will inform about the absence in advance to keep the association healthy.
  • Classes [more than 3] kept unattended without prior information by the tutee cannot be claimed for a make-over or refund.
  • Enrolment for any course on Max Tutorials will be 100% upfront with no discounts. For International students the remittance by the tutee will be made with transferrable charges.
  • The tutor can accept study materials from the tutee to help the tutee in his/her academics or competitive test / examination.
